SIA “Lameko Impex” and SIA “Smiltene Impex” form the “Impex” group ofcompanies in Latvia, which was set up using capital of German entrepreneurs.These companies belong to the industry leaders with an average annual turnover of nearly EUR 20 million. “Lameko Impex” has co-operation partners in more than 20 countries worldwide, including Japan, South Korea, Great Britain and others. The “Impex” group offers products withhigh added value: dried, planed, profiled, graded by quality, finger-jointed and glued in thickness wood for construction and furniture industry.

SIA “Lameko Impex” was founded in 1992. From its inception, the main focus has been the sale of high quality timber products in export markets. More than 20 years of successful development have justified this focus and action plan. The most important factors which allow the “Impex”group of companies to guarantee the high quality of its products have remained unchanged – high quality raw materials, the use of modern technologies and competent employees with a remarkable work ethic aimed at meeting customer needs at the highest level.
